每卷PVC面料在進入生產前都經過厚度、抗拉強度和抗紫外線測試。

每件充氣產品充氣至額定PSI的1.5倍並保持24小時，以驗證氣密性和接縫完整性。

All afarer products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects — seam failure, valve defects, and material delamination under normal use.

Genuine replacement parts — valves, repair kits, fins, D-rings — available for all models. We maintain moulds and tooling for a minimum of 5 years after production end.

Warranty claims acknowledged within 48 hours. Replacement boards shipped within 10 business days for approved claims.
